How long does it take to process an order?
Once your Laminated card order is submitted we can usually generate a proof within 2 business days. After you have approved your proof we can print and ship within 5 business days. If you order Quick*Start Cards or Photo Quick*Start Cards before 12:00 noon PST they are usually printed and shipped the same business day for delivery the next business day.

How do I get started?
To place a Laminated card order you will need to download our PDF form pack. It contains every order form you may need plus file submission specifications and an order submission checklist.

What do you need to start my order?
To start an order we need the following 5 things:
1. Camera Ready Artwork - If your company uses a PantoneColor for their artwork please specify the PMS Number or the equivalent CMYK values. (We have logos for most major franchises.)
2. Photograph - For best results please submit an original glossy print photo. We can use other types of images, ie. digital, home scanned etc., but quality may be compromised.
3. Card Content - Print clearly or type the information exactly as you wish it to appear on your card. If you would like to submit a mock-up our artists will do their best to make it look great.
4. Shipping Address - If the address you would like the cards sent to is different than the one appearing on your card please let us know.
5. Payment - We accept credit cards, checks and plain old cash.

Can I send you my stuff by email?
Yes, you can but without a hard copy for reference we have nothing to color match to. We will not guarantee a color match for photos or artwork that do not have a hard copy reference or PMS numbers.

What file format do you need?
Please download our PDF form pack. Page 6 is our File Submission Specifications sheet and will give you all the information you need.

Can I really get Quick*Start Cards the next business day?
Yes! 95% of Quick*Start orders placed before 12:00 noon (Pacific) are delivered the next business day. The remaining 5% can take up to 3 business days depending on the time the order was placed and the delivery location. Press or delivery problems are rare, but can cause delays.

What is the cost of your cards?

Can I place an order online for Laminated business cards?
We currrently cannot accept orders for Laminated business cards online. It is our intention to offer that in the future as software updates allow. For now please download our PDF form pack and use the Laminated Cards Order Form, the "We're all on the same page," page, and the Order Submission Checklist page to complete your order. Where can I download order forms?
You can download our PDF form pack here.

What kind of photo do I need to send?
For best results please submit an original glossy print photo or the highest resolution digital original that you have. We can use other types of images, ie. home scanned etc., but quality may be compromised.

How can I send my logo?
We have logos for most major franchises. If we do not have your company logo, we prefer to receive a vector graphic file (ie. Adobe Illustrator file.) If you do not have that please send us a camera ready art slick that we can scan along with the PMS number (or CMYK values). We cannot use JPEG files for logos as the quality just isn't up to snuff.
